Living The Legacy Church is a Christ-centered church family built around one simple truth: Jesus still saves, restores, heals, and transforms lives.
We gather on Friday nights to worship, study the Word, pray, and grow together. Whether you have followed Jesus for years, are returning to faith, or are still figuring out what you believe, there is a place for you here.
At Living The Legacy, our focus is simple: nothing but Jesus, one hundred percent Jesus.

When you visit Living The Legacy, you can expect heartfelt worship, a message straight from the Word of God, and a church family that wants you to feel welcomed.
We are grateful to gather each Friday night at Wayside Baptist Church in the West Chapel. You do not have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Come as you are, be present, and take the next step at your own pace.
Our Heart
We believe God does not throw people away. Life may leave scratches and dents, but Jesus restores what is broken and reminds us that every life still has value in His hands.
Our heart is to help people encounter Jesus, grow in godly wisdom, and learn how to represent Him in everyday life — at home, at work, at school, in our families, and in our city.
The History of LTL
Living The Legacy began as a youth ministry with a burden to reach the next generation. What started as a Friday night movement for young people has become a renewed church family still carrying the same heart today.
The Spark
Living The Legacy traces back to Ken Delisi’s years as a teacher at Snapper Creek Elementary, where he saw how one word of encouragement could change the direction of a young person’s life.
“You Can Do More”
After witnessing the transformation of a student named Randy, Ken felt a still small voice at 2:00 AM telling him he could do more. That moment became the burden that would lead to LTL.
LTL Begins as a Youth Ministry
Living The Legacy launched as a Friday night youth ministry in a sanctuary near Ken’s school, creating a place for unchurched young people to hear messages that were real, relevant, and centered on Jesus.
A Friday Night Movement
For about three and a half years, LTL grew into a Friday night gathering that reached as many as 100 youth. It became known for open mic moments, honest stories, caring adults, and young people encountering God.
A Difficult Pause
In 2012, LTL entered a long hiatus. The responsibility of caring for so many young people became heavy with limited adult support, and rising rental costs made it difficult to continue.
The Vision Never Left
For 11 years, LTL was inactive, but the heart of the ministry did not disappear. Family members and former youth continued to ask when Living The Legacy would return.
The Turning Point
The loss of a former LTL youth member deeply affected Ken and became the final push to bring the ministry back. What once reached the next generation needed to live again.
Chapter Two Begins
Living The Legacy officially restarted, carrying the same burden that began years earlier: to reach people with Jesus in a way that is honest, personal, and rooted in the Word of God.
Living The Legacy Now
Today, LTL gathers on Friday nights in the West Chapel of Wayside Baptist Church, continuing to reach young adults, families, and anyone looking for a place to encounter Jesus and grow in faith.
What began as a youth ministry is still carrying the same legacy today: reaching the next generation, pointing people to Jesus, and learning to go and represent Him.
